🌞🏖️ DarKha Academy Bilingual Beach Day! 🇬🇧🇪🇸 📅 Wednesday, August 5th. Who’s ready for a fantastic day of sunshine, sea, laughter, and lots of English & Spanish? Join us for our Bilingual Beach Day at beautiful Daimús Beach (near Gandia), just 45 minutes from Xàtiva.
🚗 Meeting Point:📍 DarKha Academy, Carrer Sant Domènec, 35. We’ll leave together and carpool to the beach.
Can you help? 🚘 If you have space in your car, please let us know. 🙋♀️ If you need a lift, tell us too, and we'll match everyone up!
🍽️ Lunch Plans. We have two ideas: 🥘 Make a reservation for la comida, or 🥗 Keep our tradition and have everyone bring something delicious to share. We'll decide once we know how many people are coming!
🎒 Don't forget to bring:🩱 Swimsuit🧴 Sunscreen🧢 Hat🏖️ Beach towel or chair💧 Plenty of water🏐 Beach games (if you have them!)

What is the DarKha Academy Bilingual Beach Day?
The Bilingual Beach Day is a community language immersion event where students practise English and Spanish outside the classroom. Through conversations, games, shared meals, and beach activities, participants learn naturally while enjoying a summer day together.

Students and families travel together from Xàtiva to Daimús Beach near Gandia. Throughout the day they participate in conversation activities, beach games, cultural exchanges, and shared meals while speaking both English and Spanish in authentic situations.
