From Nature to History... and Friendship! 🇪🇸🇬🇧
Before mobile phones, there was the language of the fan. This week, our bilingual community explored the fascinating tradition of the Spanish abanico—a simple object that once conveyed messages of love, discretion, humour and even a little mischief. We laughed as we practised the secret gestures and discovered how people communicated long before texting and emojis.
But the best part wasn't the fan. It was the conversations it inspired. Stories were shared, traditions remembered and friendships strengthened around the table.
If you're looking for more than a language class, we'd love to welcome you to our bilingual community.
